  34. NeuroSys is a set of 'C' libraries that allow easy creation, maintence and
  35. training of neural networks for use in any application writen in the 'C'
  36. language. This means that applications such as OCR (Optical Character
  37. Recognition) can be written with extreme ease, with the front-end and input
  38. and output routines written by the programmer, and the actual recognition of
  39. characters handled using a few simple calls to the libraries.
